It’s a hard workout in a short time. The added advantage is that it’s a one person at a time workout — so no crowds – and all the equipment gets disinfected between clients. This is a good, stress relieving workout which we all need.

Next Age Fitness will follow Covid-19 safety protocols as long as necessary. Our one-on-one workouts limit exposure and are by appointment only. We sanitize equipment between clients.
