Great workout in 20 minutes! My muscles don’t get in a rut from doing the same exercise every week. With each workout, I know different muscle groups were involved.
I’ve been working out at Next Age for about 6 months and love it! You only ever “compete” with your past self, so it is a good workout no matter your level. I also like seeing my progress online, and I feel stronger!
