I was in a slump. The number on my scale wouldn’t budge. But I joined the Spring Scan Challenge and found out that even if I wasn’t losing weight, my body fat percentage was decreasing! It’s a hard workout in a short time. The added advantage is that it’s a one person at a time workout — so no crowds – and all the equipment gets disinfected between clients. This is a good, stress relieving workout which we all need.
