I was in a slump. The number on my scale wouldn’t budge. But I joined the Spring Scan Challenge and found out that even if I wasn’t losing weight, my body fat percentage was decreasing! Then I started tweaking my eating and workout program and by the end of the challenge I saw vast improvements. Thanks Next Age!

I’ve been strength training at Next Age for about 6 months and love it! You only ever “compete” with your past self, so it is a good workout no matter your level. I also like seeing my progress online, and I feel stronger!
