I never worked out until now. With ARX, it’s great to know you only need to do weight training 1x per week, and you don’t even have to go home to change clothes (def lunch-break possible). It is so hard to explain but try it once and you’ll see. Tammy is a great motivator, and the technology is like nothing else.
