I just finished my 100th workout at Next Age Fitness… and I couldn’t love it more!! The intensity of this 20-minute workout lets me build strength and stay fit in a super-time-efficient way. This is a fantastic workout that doesn’t stress my back or knees AND helps me stay lean. I would highly recommend Tammy and Next Age Fitness to anyone
