After years of joining gyms, working out for a few months, and losing interest, I’ve finally found a routine I can stick to! I’ve been working out at Next Age Fitness for about five months and see so many improvements in my muscle tone and strength. Tammy is an amazingly encouraging coach who makes these 20-minute workouts super positive and fun.
I just finished my 100th workout at Next Age Fitness… and I couldn’t love it more!! The intensity of this 20-minute workout lets me build strength and stay fit in a super-time-efficient way. This is a fantastic workout that doesn’t stress my back or knees AND helps me stay lean. I would highly recommend Tammy and Next Age Fitness to anyone
