Great workout in 20 minutes! My muscles don’t get in a rut from doing the same exercise every week. With each workout, I know different muscle groups were involved.
I just finished my 100th workout at Next Age Fitness… and I couldn’t love it more!! The intensity of this 20-minute workout lets me build strength and stay fit in a super-time-efficient way.
