I’ve been working out at Next Age for about 6 months and love it! You only ever “compete” with your past self, so it is a good workout no matter your level. I also like seeing my progress online, and I feel stronger!
I was skeptical at first…one 20-minute workout per week? Let me tell you…those 20 minutes are the most intense of my week. I feel stronger, more confident, and am excited about staying fit and active as I age. It’s never too late to build muscle!
I don’t like working out, but I love this! I really like how the machines compare my current performance to my past performance, which really motivates me to push myself harder. Tammy is great!
